01Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the everwim platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the everwim Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the everwim platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version of those terms.

02Account Eligibility & Registration

Basic Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the everwim platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years at the date of registration
• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident based in Malaysia
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not previously banned or suspended from using the everwim platform
• Not registering on behalf of another person or third party

Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. everwim reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your MyKad, passport, or proof of residential address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

One Account Only

Each individual, home address, phone number, IP address, and device may only be associated with one active everwim account. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated wins or balances.

03Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your everwim account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. everwim recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or any other party with access to your login credentials. everwim is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to user negligence.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Everwim accepts deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). everwim does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals are only permitted to an account registered under the same name as your everwim account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for bank transfers. everwim does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. Processing time depends on the chosen method and your account's KYC status.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Account must have completed KYC verification at minimum Level 1
• All applicable rollover requirements tied to received bonuses must have been met
• Withdrawals may not exceed the daily limit set according to your account's KYC level
• Everwim reserves the right to request additional documents before approving large withdrawal amounts

05Bonus & Promotion Policy

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers at everwim are subject to specific conditions that will be clearly stated on their respective promotion pages. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise specifically stated
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the rollover requirements
• The timeframe for meeting rollover requirements is specified in each bonus's terms
• Everwim reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse
• Users who use a VPN or proxy to claim bonuses are not eligible for those bonuses
• The use of opposing bets (arbitrage betting) or similar strategies to meet rollover requirements is prohibited

06Game Rules

All games available on the everwim platform use a random number generator (RNG) certified by an independent body. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure verified by everwim's technical team.

Technical Failure

In the event of a technical disruption such as disconnection during gameplay, everwim will take reasonable steps to resolve the affected game session based on available system records. Refunds will only be considered if the technical failure is proven to have originated from everwim's own systems.

Manipulation Attempts

Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, or engage in any form of game manipulation will result in immediate account closure and all wins being declared void.

07Responsible Wagering

Everwim is committed to promoting healthy and responsible wagering practices. Our platform provides a range of gaming management tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit — daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposit amounts
• Loss Limit — limits on the amount of losses permitted within a specified period
• Session Time Limit — maximum duration allowed per gaming session
• Cool-Off Period — voluntary account suspension for a period of 24 hours up to 90 days
• Self-Exclusion — long-term account closure upon the player's own request

08Account Restrictions & Termination

Everwim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Detection of duplicate accounts or identity fraud
• Attempted money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Use of unauthorized software to exploit the system
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards everwim staff
• Instructions from the relevant authorities

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, everwim reserves the right to forfeit all winnings and remaining balances in that account. If closure is initiated by the player with no violation involved, any valid balance will be returned via the registered payment method.

09Liability Limit

The everwim platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. everwim makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or the platform's suitability for any particular purpose. everwim shall not be liable for any indirect losses, losses arising from business interruption, or data loss resulting from use of our platform.

The maximum liability of everwim to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits you made into your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Everwim collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your data is used for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, personalisation of the user experience, and compliance with applicable laws.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the everwim platform — including design, logos, text, graphics, user interface, and software — is the exclusive property of everwim or its respective licensors and is protected by international copyright law.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, selling, or exploiting any part of everwim platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from everwim. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights will result in legal action.

12Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the everwim platform. Any disputes arising in connection with this platform shall first be resolved through everwim's internal dispute resolution mechanism.

If any dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules. An arbitration award may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction for enforcement.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted to the extent most closely reflecting the original intent, while the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
